Oz Cyclone Chasers1.32.44.852
Publisher Description
Australia's first Tropical Cyclone app from Australia's first cyclone chasing team. Aussie cyclones affect more than 25% of the population, but many of us have little understanding of what cyclones are, how they affect us and who is under threat. That's where Oz Cyclone Chasers come in. We are a chase team that seeks to get into these monsters and document them from the inside with live weather data and live streaming video.
Stay up to date with all of the very latest Aussie cyclone news, outlooks, warnings and alerts. The app also gives you exclusive content from the Cyclone Chasers as they get into these monsters.
Our app features:
Geo specific push notifications for regions under a cyclone threat - Find out as soon as a new warning/watch is issued for your town/city via a push notification straight to your phone. (requires you to allow the app to send you push notifications)
One touch links to official BoM and JTWC Cyclone warning pages
One touch link straight to our chase page where you can watch our latest cyclone live as we chase it with full audio and video as well as the latest weather data streamed live (coverage dependent)
Easy access to all Queensland, WA and NT Emergency alerts within moments of being issued.
Access to our cyclone outlook videos and other video uploads (some videos will be exclusive to app users only).
Exclusive extra analysis of selected cyclone warnings and occasional podcasts with qualified meteorologists during a cyclone event.
A live user driven photo album - Snap a photo in the middle of a cyclone (safely of course) using your phone's camera and upload it live immediately through our app for every other app user to see.
Quick one touch access to our Facebook and Twitter feed - never miss another one of our important news updates again.
Please remember that any views we express in our app, media or other products are entirely those of our severe weather enthusiasts and chase team. They are not endorsed by any official agencies and we can not be held liable for decisions made by you based on any of the information obtained from our app or other media products.
